Three packages: Books at USD 19 for businesses that hold no stock, Business at USD 35 which adds purchasing and inventory, and Advanced at USD 59 which adds project job costing plus customer feedback and document collection. Every package includes the full double-entry ledger, banking, selling and all 29 reports. You are billed for the users you have active, minimum one.

Yes. Monthly billing is the list price, six-monthly takes 5% off, and annual takes 10% off. The discount is the same whichever package you are on.

The dividing question is whether you hold stock. If you sell services and never carry inventory, Books covers you. If you buy goods, receive them and pay supplier bills, you need Business. If you cost work job by job and invoice from the project — or you want to collect ratings, testimonials and documents from your customers through secure links — choose Advanced. You can change package as the business changes, from the subscription page.

An active membership in your organization. The person who created the organization counts as one of them, so a two-person business pays for two seats. Add or remove people as your team changes.
